Your 14-day right to cancel
For an online purchase of Premium Coaching, you normally have 14 days from the date the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, send your decision before the 14-day period ends.
If you ask coaching to start early
During enrolment, you can expressly ask Joe to begin onboarding before the 14 days have ended. If you then cancel after the service has started, a reasonable amount may be retained for the work supplied up to the time you cancel. This will be proportionate to the service actually provided.
How to cancel
Email your cancellation to coachjoebrooker@gmail.com or send another clear written statement to Joe. Include the name and email used to purchase, the purchase date and the coaching term. Keep a copy of your message.
Refunds due following a valid cancellation will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Joe is informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

After the cooling-off period
The selected coaching term is a fixed upfront commitment. After the statutory cancellation period, a change of mind does not automatically create a refund right. This does not affect your rights if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or other statutory rights apply. Contact Joe if circumstances change so a fair practical solution can be discussed.
