Who controls your information
Joe Brooker, trading as Coach Brooker, is the controller of personal information collected through this website and used to deliver Premium Coaching.

What is collected
- your name, email, country, selected coaching term and communications;
- an age-over-18 confirmation and the consent, waiver and terms records created when you apply;
- confirmation that you passed the online health screen; and
- payment status and transaction references supplied by Stripe, plus basic security and server records created when the site is used.
The individual health-screen answers remain in your browser and are not sent to or stored by this site. Your date of birth is used to check that you are 18 or over but is not kept in the enrolment record. Coach Brooker does not receive your full card details.
Why it is used
- to take steps at your request and perform the coaching contract, including enrolment, payment reconciliation and delivery;
- to meet legal, accounting and consumer-protection obligations;
- for legitimate interests in protecting the site, preventing misuse, answering enquiries and resolving disputes; and
- with your explicit consent, to record and use the limited health-screen outcome needed to decide whether online enrolment can proceed safely.
You can withdraw consent for future use of the health-screen outcome by contacting Joe. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful, but it may mean coaching has to pause if the information is genuinely needed for safe delivery.
Who processes it
Information is shared only where needed with service providers that host the website and database, Stripe for payment, Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for video calls, and the communication or coaching tools used after enrolment. Those providers process information under their own terms and/or data-processing obligations.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms are relied on.
How long it is kept
Incomplete checkout records are normally removed after 30 days. Paid enrolment, contract, consent and transaction records are normally kept for up to six years after coaching ends where needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting and payment providers may use strictly necessary technologies to operate, secure and complete the service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and can withdraw consent. Contact Joe using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
